These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Celva mobile app ("Celva," "the app"). By creating an account or using Celva, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Celva. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Celvie is not medical advice

Celvie, our AI assistant, provides general skincare information and suggestions based on the information you provide. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Celvie does not diagnose medical conditions. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or physician for persistent, serious, or worsening skin concerns.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you upload to Celva ("your content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you as part of providing the app's features, including sending it to our AI provider to generate Celvie's responses. We don't use your content to train AI models.

Don't upload content that isn't yours to share, or that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.

Subscriptions

Celva currently offers a free tier with a monthly usage allowance. A paid subscription tier with a higher allowance and additional features is planned but not yet available. If and when paid subscriptions launch, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation details will be presented before purchase and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Celva for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app or its backend services.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Termination

You can stop using Celva and delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

Celva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that Celvie's suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific skin.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celva and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any skin reaction, product outcome, or decision made based on Celvie's suggestions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
